Section 150.230 - Provisions for Individuals with Disabilities(A)Gradients of Walks. Public walks shall be not less than four feet wide and shall have a gradient that complies with 521 CMR 1.00: Architectural Access Board.(B)Walks - Continuous Surface. Walks shall be of a continuing common surface, not interrupted by steps or abrupt changes in level. Wherever walks cross other walks, driveways or parking lots, they shall blend to a common level.(C) Access from parking areas through a primary building entrance shall be a continuous level or ramped surface without stairs or abrupt changes in level.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1361, eff. 3/23/2018.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1440, eff. 4/2/2021.
