Section 142.600 - Selection of Clients(A) Standards governing medical risk factors which exclude women from care at the birth center are established separately as Department guidelines.(B) The Director of Medical Affairs shall develop and review annually a list of medical and social risk factors for the birth center in consultation with the birth center's primary care staff which: (1) includes but is not limited to the risk factors set forth in the Department guidelines; and(2) is approved by the Commissioner.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1272, eff. 10/24/2014.
