Section 141.105 - Acceptance of Application(A) The Department shall not accept an application for an original or renewal license unless: (1) The application includes all information required by the Commissioner;(2) The application and all required attachments and statements submitted by the applicant meet the requirements of 105 CMR 141.000;(3) The applicant has paid all required fees.(B) In the case of the transfer of ownership for a hospice program, the application of the new owner for a license shall not have the effect of a license until such time as the Department takes action on the application when the application is not filed in accordance with 105 CMR 141.105(A).Amended by Mass Register Issue 1358, eff. 2/9/2018.
