Section 140.909 - Reporting Requirements(A) Birth centers shall report all births to the Department, and to registrars and city or town clerks, in accordance with M.G.L c. 46.(B) Birth centers shall report any child with low birth weight, congenital abnormalities, and other high risk infants in accordance with guidelines as may be established by the Department.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1443, eff. 5/14/2021.
