Section 140.451 - Host Sites for Mobile Services(A) Host sites for mobile services may include community environments including, but not limited to, long-term care facilities licensed pursuant to M.G.L. c. 111, § 71, assisted living facilities, corporate or business locations, community centers, social service agencies, or churches.(B) Host sites shall not include commercial office space rented by the licensed clinic.(C) If the site is leased, rented or otherwise under the control of the clinic, the clinic must obtain approval for the site as a satellite.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1443, eff. 5/14/2021.
