Section 140.209 - Accessibility to Individuals with DisabilitiesClinic space, including satellites, mobile/portable units and mental health outreach sites used for patients shall be accessible to individuals with disabilities and shall comply with all federal, state and local requirements for accessibility.
(A)Mobile Medical Services. A mobile medical service shall meet the requirements set forth in 105 CMR 140.209, either directly or through written arrangements for shared service areas with the host locations.(B) Any clinic located on the premises of another entity shall be accessible through well marked corridors or aisles that constitute an accessible route for individuals with disabilities. The clinic shall be responsible for establishing a formal agreement with that entity for the purpose of maintaining the accessible route free of obstructions at all times.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1443, eff. 5/14/2021.
