Section 140.121 - Period of License(A) The Department shall issue a clinic license for a period of two years.(B) Provided a licensed clinic submits a timely application for a renewal license, its previous license shall be valid until the Department acts on its renewal application.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1443, eff. 5/14/2021.
