Section 140.106 - Acceptance of Application(A) The Department shall not accept an application for an original or renewal license unless: (1) the application includes all information required by the Department;(2) the application and all required attachments and statements submitted by the applicant meet the requirements of 105 CMR 140.000; and(3) the applicant has paid all required fees.(B) In the case of the transfer of ownership of a clinic, the application of the new owner for a license shall not have the effect of a license for a period of three months (or until such time as the Department takes action on the application) when the application is not filed in accordance with 105 CMR 140.106(A).Amended by Mass Register Issue 1443, eff. 5/14/2021.
