Section 120.012 - Additional Requirements(A) The Agency may, by rule, regulation, or order, impose upon any licensee or registrant such requirements in addition to those established in 105 CMR 120.000 as it deems appropriate or necessary to minimize danger to public health and safety or property.(B) Any person who finds or detects any source of radiation that is not under the physical or administrative control of a licensee or registrant, and that is not excluded, exempted or otherwise authorized under the provisions of 105 CMR 120.000, shall immediately report such source to the Radiation Control Program.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1480, eff. 10/14/2022.
