Section 120.701 - Purpose and Scope(A)105 CMR 120.700 establishes procedures for the registration and the use of particle accelerators.(B) In addition to the requirements of 105 CMR 120.700, all registrants are subject to the requirements of 105 CMR 120.001, 120.020, 120.750, 120.100 and 120.200. Registrants engaged in industrial radiographic operations are subject to the requirements of 105 CMR 120.300, and registrants engaged in the healing arts are subject to the requirements of 105 CMR 120.430 and/or 105 CMR 120.500, and registrants engaged in wireline operations are subject to 105 CMR 120.900. Registrants whose operations result in the production of radioactive material are subject to the requirements of 105 CMR 120.100.
