Section 120.316 - Quarterly Inventory(A) Each licensee or registrant shall conduct a physical inventory at intervals not to exceed three months to account for all sources of radiation, and for devices containing depleted uranium received and possessed under the license or registration.(B) The licensee or registrant shall maintain records of the quarterly inventory in accordance with 105 CMR 120.364.
