Section 120.303 - Exemptions(A) Certified cabinet x-ray systems are exempt from the requirements of 105 CMR 120.300 except for the requirements of 105 CMR 120.337(C) and (D).(B) Industrial uses of lixiscopes are exempt from the rules in 105 CMR 120.300. Lixiscope use is regulated under 105 CMR 120.100.
