Section 120.953 - Documents and Records Required at Temporary JobsitesEach licensee or registrant conducting operations at a temporary jobsite shall have the following documents and records available at that site for inspection by the Agency:
(A) Operating and emergency procedures;(B) Survey records required pursuant to 105 CMR 120.951 for the period of operation at the site;(C) Evidence of current calibration for the radiation survey instruments in use at the site;(D) When operating in the Commonwealth under reciprocity, a copy of the appropriate license, certificate of registration, or equivalent document(s); and,(E) Shipping papers for transportation of radioactive material.
