Section 120.334 - Records Required at Temporary JobsitesEach licensee and registrant conducting industrial radiography at a temporary Jobsite shall have the following records available at that site for Agency inspection:
(A) The appropriate license or certificate of registration or equivalent document;(B) The appropriate operating and emergency procedures;(C) The applicable Agency rules;(D) The survey records required pursuant to 105 CMR 120.333 for the period of operation at the site;(E) The daily pocket dosimeter records for the period of operation at the site; and,(F) The most recent records of instrument and device calibration and source leak tests. Acceptable records include tags or labels which are attached to the devices or survey instruments and decay charts for sources which have been manufactured within the last six months.
