Section 120.843 - Facility Boundaries and Markers(A) The boundaries and locations of any disposal unit shall be accurately located, adequately marked, and mapped.(B) A buffer zone of land shall be maintained between the waste management area and the facility boundary. The buffer zone shall be of adequate dimensions to carry out environmental monitoring activities specified in 105 CMR 120.831 and satisfy the requirements of 310 CMR 41.27(b).
