Section 120.826 - Institutional InformationThe institutional information submitted by the Operator shall include:
(A) Certifications by the Board that the facility is proposed to be sited on land owned by the Commonwealth in fee simple absolute and that the Board is prepared to accept transfer of the license when the provisions of 105 CMR 120.870 are met and to assume responsibility for institutional control of the facility after closure and post-closure observation and maintenance are completed.(B) All material submitted to, or substantially relied upon by the Board in support of its certification of the operator pursuant to M.G.L. c. 111H, § 22(c).
