Section 120.506 - License Required(A) A person shall only manufacture, produce, prepare, compound, acquire, receive, possess, use, or transfer radioactive material for medical use in accordance with a specific license issued by the Agency, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission or an Agreement State, or as allowed in 105 CMR 120.506(B)(1) or (2)(B)(1) Unless prohibited by license condition, an individual may receive, possess, use, or transfer radioactive material in accordance with 105 CMR 120.500 under the supervision of an authorized user as provided in 105 CMR 120.519.(2) Unless prohibited by license condition, an individual may prepare unsealed radioactive material for medical use in accordance with 105 CMR 120.500 under the supervision of an authorized nuclear pharmacist or an authorized user as provided in 105 CMR 120.519.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1480, eff. 10/14/2022.
