Section 900.10 - Responsible Staff(1) The Sheriff shall implement and monitor 103 CMR 900.00 through 979.00 throughout each county correctional system.(2) Each Sheriff or facility administrator shall implement and monitor 103 CMR 900.00 through 979.00 at his/her facility.
