Section 614.15 - Implementation of final NAD determinations(a) No later than 30 days after a NAD determination becomes a final administrative decision of USDA, NRCS will implement the determination.(b) Biannually, NRCS must file a report on the status of implementation of final administrative determinations in accordance with section 14009 of the 2008 Farm Bill.
