Section 216.16 - Prohibitions under the General Authorization for Level B harassment for scientific research
It shall be unlawful for any person to:
(a) Provide false information in a letter of intent submitted pursuant to § 216.45(b) ;(b) Violate any term or condition imposed pursuant to § 216.45(d) .
