Section 604.42 - Burden of proof(a) The burden of proof of noncompliance with this part, determination, or agreement issued under the authority of the Federal Transit Laws is on the registered charter provider.(b) Except as otherwise provided by statute or rule, the proponent of a motion, request, or order has the burden of proof.
