Section 96.65 - Spectrum access system administrator fees(a) An SAS Administrator may charge Citizens Broadband Radio Service users a reasonable fee for provision of the services set forth in subpart F of this part.(b) The Commission, upon request, will review the fees and can require changes to those fees if they are found to be unreasonable.
