Section 108.195 - Location of accommodation spaces(a) On surface type units, accommodation spaces must not be located forward of a vertical plane located at 5 percent of the unit's length aft of the stem, at the designed summer load line.(b) On all units, the deckhead of each accommodation space must be above the deepest load line.
