Section 3410.0-3 - Authority(a) These regulations are issued under the authority of the statutes listed in § 3400.0-3 of this title.(b) These regulations primarily implement section 2(b) of the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, as amended by section 4 of the Federal Coal Leasing Amendments Act of 1976 (30 U.S.C. 201(b) ).
