Section 102-3.110 - What are the responsibilities of a chairperson of an independent Presidential advisory committee?
The chairperson of an independent Presidential advisory committee must:
(a) Comply with the Act, this part, and other applicable laws and regulations;(b) Consult with the Secretariat concerning the designation of a CMO and DFO; and(c) Consult with the Secretariat in advance regarding any proposal to close any meeting in whole or in part.
