40 C.F.R. § 180.613

Current through November 30, 2024
Section 180.613 - Flonicamid; tolerances for residues
(a)General.
(1) Tolerances are established for the residues of the insecticide flonicamid, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities in the table below. Compliance with the tolerance levels specified below is to be determined by measuring only the sum of flonicamid, N-(cyanomethyl)-4-(trifluoromethyl)-3-pyridinecarboxamide, and its metabolites, TFNA (4-trifluoromethylnicotinic acid), TFNA-AM (4-trifluoromethylnicotinamide), and TFNG, N-(4-trifluoromethylnicotinoyl)glycine, calculated as the stoichiometric equivalent of flonicamid, in or on the following commodities.

(c)Tolerances with regional registrations. Tolerances with regional registration, as defined by § 180.1(1) , are established for the residues of the insecticide flonicamid, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities in the table below.
