Section 150.607 - What are the general safe working requirements?(a) All equipment, including machinery, cranes, derricks, portable power tools, and, most importantly, safety gear must be used in a safe manner and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended practice, unless otherwise stated in this subchapter.(b) All machinery and equipment must be maintained in proper working order or removed.
