Section 802.1101 - Amount of feeExcept as otherwise provided in this subpart, the parties filing a formal written notice of a transaction with the Committee under § 802.501(a) on or after May 1, 2020, shall pay a filing fee as follows:
(a) Where the value of the transaction is less than $500,000: No fee;(b) Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $500,000 but less than $5,000,000: $750;(c) Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $5,000,000 but less than $50,000,000: $7,500;(d) Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $50,000,000 but less than $250,000,000: $75,000;(e) Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $250,000,000 but less than $750,000,000: $150,000;(f) Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $750,000,000: $300,000.
