Section 1122.2 - Definition of "national policy requirement."For the purposes of this chapter, a national policy requirement is a requirement:
(a) That is prescribed by a statute, Executive order, policy guidance issued by the Executive Office of the President, or regulation that specifically refers to grants, cooperative agreements, or financial assistance in general;(b) With which a recipient of a grant or cooperative agreement must comply during the period of performance; and(c) That is outside subject matter areas covered by administrative requirements in subchapters D or E of this chapter.
