Section 1027.3 - Applicability(a) These regulations are to be followed when:(1) The Commission is owed a debt by an individual who is a current employee of the CPSC; or(2) The Commission is owed a debt by an individual currently employed by another Federal agency; or(3) The Commission employs an individual who owes a debt to another federal agency.
