The following standards, requirements and premises will be applied by the Department in making decisions on acceptance of persons referred for diagnostic study from criminal or juvenile courts:
(a) There must be sufficient information submitted about the person to enable an informed decision to be made.(c) Persons must be available for delivery to a departmental reception center-clinic.(d) Persons referred to the Youth Authority will be accepted, unless it is concluded they are clearly inappropriate.Cal.
