(a) A group of six or more individuals may apply for a RRHP loan, provided that: (1) Each co-applicant shall be 18 years of age or older,(2) Each co-applicant shall be recovering from alcoholism and/or drug addiction, and(3) The group shall be organized for the purpose of establishing an alcohol and drug free [defined in accordance with Section 11012(f)], resident run group home.(b) A non-profit alcohol and/or drug treatment provider may coordinate the establishment of a resident run group home and may apply for a loan on behalf of its proposed residents, provided that:(1) The non-profit organization screens its potential residents utilizing the same procedures used by the Department as prescribed in Sections 11016 through 11018.(2) The non-profit organization enters into a conditional admission agreement with the potential residents, which contains a release of information for the non-profit organization to proceed with the loan application on the residents' behalf.(3) The non-profit organization submits all of the potential resident information to the Department for processing pursuant to Sections 11018.(4) The non-profit organization agrees to be responsible for repayment of the loan through signature of a duly authorized representative on the promissory note.Cal.
