Section 3851 - Terms of Mental Health Loan Assumption(a) Loan assumption payments shall be made every twelve (12) months.(b) Loan assumption payments shall be conditioned upon the participant providing: (1) Application information as described in Sections 3854 and 3854.1.(2) Renewal applications as described in 3855.Cal.
