Section 3510 - Annual MHSA Revenue and Expenditure Report
(a) Each County receiving a direct distribution of Mental Health Services Fund monies from the State Controller shall submit a complete and accurate Annual MHSA Revenue and Expenditure Report to the Department by email at MHSA@dhcs.ca.gov and to the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission at MHSOAC@mhsoac.ca.gov, by January 31, following the end of the reporting fiscal year.
(b) The Annual MHSA Revenue and Expenditure Report shall include the following:
(1) Information Worksheet, DHCS 1822 A (02/19), hereby incorporated by reference.
(2) Component Summary Worksheet, DHCS 1822 B (02/19), hereby incorporated by reference.
(3) Community Services and Supports (CSS) Summary Worksheet, DHCS 1822 C (02/19), hereby incorporated by reference.
(4) Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) Summary Worksheet, DHCS 1822 D (02/19), hereby incorporated by reference.
(5) Innovation (INN) Summary Worksheet, DHCS 1822 E (02/19), hereby incorporated by reference.
(6) Workforce Education and Training (WET) Summary Worksheet, DHCS 1822 F (02/19), hereby incorporated by reference.
(7) Capital Facility Technological Needs (CFTN) Summary Worksheet, DHCS 1822 G (02/19), hereby incorporated by reference.

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 9, § 3510

1. New section filed 12-29-2006 as an emergency; operative 12-29-2006 (Register 2006, No. 52). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 4-30-2007 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. New section refiled 5-1-2007 as an emergency; operative 5-1-2007 (Register 2007, No. 18). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 8-29-2007 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. New section refiled 8-23-2007 as an emergency; operative 8-30-2007 (Register 2007, No. 34). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-28-2007 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
4. Certificate of Compliance as to 8-23-2007 order, including amendment of subsection (a)(4), transmitted to OAL 12-28-2007 and filed 2-13-2008 (Register 2008, No. 7).
5. Amendment of subsections (a), (a)(2) and (b) and amendment of NOTE filed 11-4-2009; operative 12-4-2009 (Register 2009, No. 45).
6. Repealer and new section and amendment of NOTE filed 5-6-2020; operative 7-1-2020 (Register 2020, No. 19).
