Section 5553 - Dissemination of Information(a) The principal of a school shall inform all employees in the school of the provisions of Articles 2 and 3 of Chapter 1 of Division 2 (pupils). He shall inform all certificated employees of the provisions of this chapter.(b)The principal of the school shall inform, or cause to be informed of the provisions of Articles 2 and 3 of Chapter 1 of Division 2 (pupils) all pupils of the school in a way that the principal deems appropriate to the grade level of the pupils.Cal.
