Section 853.7 - Use of Designated Supports for English Learners. [Repealed]

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 5, § 853.7

1. New section adopted as part of Certificate of Compliance as to 7-23-2014 order transmitted to OAL 7-16-2014 and filed 8-27-2014; effective 8-27-2014 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2014, No. 35).
2. Amendment filed 11-23-2015 as an emergency; operative 11-23-2015 (Register 2015, No. 48). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 5-23-2016 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Certificate of Compliance as to 11-23-2015 order, including amendment of subsection (b)(10), transmitted to OAL 4-6-2016 and filed 5-18-2016; amendments effective 5-18-2016 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2016, No. 21).
4. New subsection (b)(14) filed 2-2-2017 as an emergency; operative 2-2-2017 (Register 2017, No. 5). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 8-1-2017 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
5. New subsection (b)(14) refiled 7-18-2017 as an emergency; operative 8-1-2017 (Register 2017, No. 29). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 10-30-2017 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
6. New subsection (b)(14) refiled 10-18-2017 as an emergency; operative 10-31-2017 (Register 2017, No. 42). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 1-29-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
7. Repealer filed 1-25-2018; operative 1-25-2018 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2018, No. 4).
