Section 3427 - Whitefringed Beetle Interior Quarantine. [Repealed]

1. New section filed 11-23-88 as an emergency; operative 11-23-88 (Register 88, No. 51). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL within 120 days or emergency language will be repealed on 3-23-89.
2. Repealed by operation of Government Code section 11346.1(g) filed 1-15-91 (Register 91, No. 19).
