Section 1338.5 - School Impact Fees(a) The first installation of an MH-unit on a lot in a park or an addition of a lot to an existing park where the permit to construct the lot was issued after September 1, 1986, may be subject to the assessment of a school impact fee when school impact fees are imposed by local school districts. The requirements and procedures governing the impact fees are set forth in Government Code sections 65995 and 65996 and Education Code sections 17620 through 17625.(b) When the department is the enforcement agency, form HCD MP 502 must be submitted to the department prior to inspection of an installation and issuance of a Manufactured Home or Mobilehome Installation Acceptance or Certificate of Occupancy. The certification shall be signed by an authorized representative of the school district or districts and presented to the department prior to the issuance of an installation acceptance certificate or certificate of occupancy.Cal.
