Section 1304 - Local Regulations(a) The provisions of this article are not applicable in parks located within a city, county, or city and county that is the enforcement agency and has adopted and is enforcing a fire prevention code imposing restrictions equal to or greater than the restrictions imposed by this article.(b) Any reporting requirements imposed by the local agency fire prevention code shall be in addition to, and shall not replace, the reporting requirements of this article.Cal.
