Section 3712.1 - Action by the Director of the Office of Enforcement(a) The Director of the Office of Enforcement shall review the evidence and make a Final Office of Enforcement Decision within 90 days of receipt of the request for reconsideration. The Final Office of Enforcement Decision shall inform the requestor that the decision is final and conclusive unless the requestor petitions the State Water Board for review in accordance with the provisions of section 3712.2.(b) The Director of the Office of Enforcement may at any time, on the Director's own motion, issue a Final Office of Enforcement Decision.Cal.
