Section 874 - Notice of Hearings and Hearing Rules of Procedure(a) The Chief, Division of Water Rights, shall give notice of any hearing scheduled pursuant to this article in accordance with Water Code Section 1207 and shall in addition mail notice at least 60 days prior to the date of the hearing to all persons interested in any pending application to appropriate unappropriated water from any stream which is the subject of the hearing.(b) Hearings pursuant to this article shall be governed by sections 761, 762, and 763, except that any person who observes the pre-hearing submittal requirements specified in the hearing notice shall be recognized as an interested party.Cal.
