Section 2680 - General Applicability of Article(a) This article sets forth procedures for site-specific variances from the requirements for the construction and monitoring of new and existing underground storage tanks as described in Chapter 6.7 of Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code and Articles 3 and 4 of this chapter. A site-specific variance, if approved, would apply only to the specific site(s) approved for a variance. These procedures are in addition to those established by the appropriate sections of Chapter 6.7 of Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code.(b) Section 2681 specifies the procedures that shall be followed by the applicant, local agency, and the Regional Water Quality Board for site-specific variance requests.Cal.
