Section 100125.01 - [Operative 1/1/2025] Review, Withdrawal, and Revocation of a Community Paramedicine or Triage to Alternate Destination Program

A LEMSA shall immediately terminate from participation in the program any alternate destination facility, community paramedicine, or triage to alternate destination provider if it fails to operate in accordance with subsection (b) of Section 1317 of the Health and Safety Code.
