Section 100108.03 - [Operative 1/1/2025] Final Determination of Certification Action by the Medical Director

Upon determination of certification action following an investigation, and appeal of certification action pursuant to Section 100107.03 of this Chapter, if the respondent so chooses, the medical director may take the following final actions on an EMT or Advanced EMT certificate:

(a) Place the certificate holder on probation
(b) Suspension
(c) Denial
(d) Revocation
