Section 100031.04 - [Operative 1/1/2025] Instructor Requirements(a) Each instructor shall:(1) Be authorized by an approved training program, and(2) Be approved by the training program director as qualified to teach by education and experience in methods, materials, and evaluation of instruction, and(3) Possess current certification in first aid, CPR and AED.(b) Upon completion of each epinephrine auto-injector course the instructor shall provide the individual with a signed course completion document.Cal.
