Section 100028.08 - [Operative 1/1/2025] Program Review(a) All course outlines, written tests, and competency testing criteria used in an approved program shall be subject to oversight and periodic review as determined by the approving authority.(b) Program approval and renewal is contingent upon continued compliance with all required criteria and provisions described in this Chapter, and may be revoked by the approving authority as described in Section 100028.04 of this Chapter.Cal.
