Section 97820 - Duration of Scholarship Awards(a) The Office will award scholarships under this Chapter for not more than one (1) academic year at a time.(b) The Office may enter into additional scholarship contracts if: (1) The recipient applies for an additional scholarship;(2) The additional scholarship will not extend the total period of financial assistance beyond three (3) academic years or quarter/semester equivalent; and,(3) The recipient is reported by the program, school, or institution to have maintained a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or above.Cal.
