Section 97510.37 - Pharmaceutical Service-Equipment and Supplies(a) There shall be adequate equipment and supplies for the provision of pharmaceutical services within the facility.(b) Reference materials containing monographs on all drugs in use in the facility shall be available in each nursing unit. Such monographs must include information concerning generic and brand names, if applicable, available strengths and dosage forms, and pharmacological data including indications, side effects, adverse effects and drug interactions.Cal.
