Section 97046.2 - Method of Submission(a) Each document specified in Section 97046.1 shall be submitted in a Portable Document Format (PDF) file.(b) Documents submitted should not be scanned versions or images of paper documents. Documents submitted shall be in a text-based, machine-readable format.(c) The documents shall be submitted through the Department's website using SIERA, as defined in Section 97005.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 97046.2
