Section 90704 - Transferability of Certificates(a) A certificate of need or certificate of exemption is particular to one specific existing or proposed facility and is not transferable or assignable to another facility.(b) A certificate of need or certificate of exemption pertaining to a project for an existing facility is not invalidated by transfer of ownership of that facility.(c) A certificate of need for establishment of a new facility may not be transferred to a person other than the applicant.Cal.
